Karina teaches the Yoga, Dance Fitness and Lyrical Jazz classes.
Her background is rhythmic gymnastics, having trained at a national competition level for 7 years. Afterwards she explored various styles of dance from ballroom to streetdance, until she eventually found her place with the Oxford University Dance Society in 2012. Since then she has been attending pretty much all the classes the society runs, both as a student and as a teacher. She has taught herself yoga and acro yoga since 2012, and more recently pole dancing and aerial silks. She will join marathons, triathlons or hiking challenges if the opportunity arises as a firm believer of the famous saying Mens sana in corpore sano, forever training for life.
