Starting with some very quick cardio exercises to get your heart rate up and your muscles all warmed up, we move on to a nice long stretch to get your muscles all ready to be fully worked out. We then move on to a series of exercises specifically aimed at building long, lean, sleek, beautiful muscles, aiming at working all of them in one class. These tend to be inspired from yoga and pilates moves but modified so that they become a complete workout. To make ourselves feel as new, we finish off with another nice half an hour long stretch in which you'll always be very pleasantly surprised at just how much more flexible you are after working all those beautiful muscles of yours. All of this is done on music which I love and find inspiring. Please do let me know if you have any particular requests in terms of both exercises and music. The class is aimed at all levels with exercises being straightforwardly made easier or harder, although it is going to be a challenging one if you want it to be.
